Shipping, Return and Refund Policies
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
All products will be shipped within 2 business days of your online order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes: Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
Sugar Paste: Sugar Works (Co) performs quality control on each batch of sugar paste to test its viscosity, pliability and the product’s integrity before being shipped; therefore, we do not accept returns of our sugar paste. If the sugar paste is damaged by means of shipping, please notify us with a picture of the damage to our email and we will replace said items.
Gloves: No returns on gloves.
Warmers: We will offer a refund or exchange of the same item for defective or damaged sugar warmers within 2 years from date of purchase. The sugar warmer must be returned to us and once inspected, you may receive a refund or replacement. Please send us an email, and we will send you shipping instructions.
Shipping a return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
